1. AGREEMENT

By using magnetforclients.com, you agree to these Terms.

2. SERVICE

We provide lead generation tools using Meta APIs. Service provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific results, leads, or revenue.

3. FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER

This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta/Facebook. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for complying with Meta Platform Terms and all advertising laws. You must not abuse or misuse the service.

5. NO WARRANTY

Service provided AS-IS without warranties. We do not warrant it will be error-free.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - CRITICAL

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SOUTH CAROLINA LAW, MAGNET FOR CLIENTS, ITS OWNERS, AND OFFICERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnet For Clients and its owner from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

8. ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW

Governed by South Carolina law. Any disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Conway, SC, not court. You waive class action rights.
