Terms of Service

Magnet for Clients is a subscription tool that uses AI to write marketing content (social posts, review replies, and promo emails) for your local business based on the details you provide.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate business information so the content we generate is relevant to you.

The service costs $49 per month. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial; you will not be charged during the trial.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms for payment processing.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not offer refunds for partial months.

We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You own the content the service generates for you and may use it anywhere, for any purpose.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or generic. You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it.

You may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.

Agency Mode lets you present the service under your own brand to your clients. You are responsible for your own agreements, pricing, and support obligations to those clients.

You may not misrepresent the service or make claims on our behalf.

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, access other users' data, reverse-engineer it, or resell access outside of Agency Mode.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will produce any particular business result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
